Eligibility

Do you qualify for student education pricing? 

The definition of a Qualifying Student differs from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please refer to the Help » Student eligibility » Sub menu for the policies of our main software suppliers.

If you’re a full time student at a widely recognised education establishment, then you probably do. If you're a part time student or an independent learner we would recommend that you give us a call to check if you qualify.

Qualifying Students are eligible to purchase only one product of its type. For example, the user can purchase both Adobe^® Photoshop^® and Adobe GoLive^® but not two copies of Adobe Photoshop.

To prove that you are an eligible student, software vendors normally ask for:

A clear, readable copy of current photo ID, together with evidence of your current enrolment at an accredited educational institution. Examples include: a school photo ID card with a valid date proving you are a current student, OR, a school photo ID, driving licence or other official photo ID with corroborating evidence, such as your student course curriculum, latest tuition bill printed with your educational institution’s logo or seal or an official letter from the registrar of the educational entity.

When these are not available, software vendors may accept an official letter from a teacher at your educational institution verifying your right as a student to order education-only products.

The information contained within our eligibility pages are based on our understanding of the manufactures requirements and are for guidance only. With manufacturers regularly launching new products or changing the way products are licensed, eligibility requirements can change. The final decision on whether or not you qualify will rest with the manufacturer.
