How do I use CAPTCHA (the verification code hidden in an image)?

As an additional security check, we may occasionally ask you to enter a verification code when using certain features on our site. This extra security check helps us prevent automated registrations and inappropriate use of the site. The verification code is not your password or any other personal information.

If you're having trouble deciphering the code hidden in the image, refresh the page and a new image should appear. If you enter the code incorrectly, a new code will appear and you’ll be given an opportunity to try again.

If you can't see the image, click the "Play audio" link to hear a recording of the code. Your system must be enabled to play sounds in WAV format.


How do I change my user account password?

First 'Login' and then click 'Account' at the top right of the web page to modify your password and preferences.

Can I pay in Euros? 

Customers who reside in Eire are able to purchase our products in Euros. Simply register with an address in Eire and 'Login' to view our Euro pricing. Your card payment will be transacted in Euros.

How long will it take for my product to arrive? 

Generally allow up to 3/4 working days. We do try and get products out as quickly as possible but we can’t always guarantee stock.

I have not received confirmation that my order has been accepted.

We do not send confirmation that your order has been accepted, if there are any problems with your order we will contact you. To avoid delays please provide the relevant eligibility proof and accurate contact details at the time of ordering, if we cannot get hold of you your order will be placed on hold. What happens if I want to cancel my order?
