Do You qualify for Adobe Student boxes?

Adobe student boxes are available to eligible students only. Staff members eligible for educational versions of Adobe software may purchase the Education box products.

Students who purchase Adobe student boxes are required to obtain an activation key directly from Adobe in order to continue using the product after the 30 day trial period. You will need to provide proof to Adobe that you are a qualifying student. Details of this procedure can be found in the 'Student Product Activation' section below.

Eligible Students as defined below are eligible to purchase only one product of its type, per academic year. For example, during a given 12-month period, the Student can purchase both Adobe® Photoshop® and Adobe GoLive®, but not two copies of Adobe Photoshop.

Eligiblity

Adobe considers eligible students to be:
'Full- or part-time students enrolled at a higher education establishment, defined as an accredited public or private university or college that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study, or students enrolled at an accredited public or private secondary school providing full-time instruction.'

Please note that it is your responsibility to check eligibility. Pugh cannot accept returns where Adobe have refused to issue an activation key if the product has been removed from it's cellophane wrapping.

Student Product Activation

A serial number is required for you to continue to use Adobe Student products beyond the 30 day trial period.
To obtain your full license serial number, you will need:
• Access to the Internet
• Your current e-mail address
• The coupon code printed in the upper left corner of the activation form
• A digital copy of your proof of eligibility (see "Proof of eligibility" for required documents and acceptable formats)
• To obtain your serial number, follow the instructions at www.adobe.com/go/studentedition_uk.
• Only eligible individuals who are able to provide proof of eligibility will receive a serial number for their Adobe Student Edition product.

Restrictions on use

• You may purchase only one license of any Adobe Student Edition product. This license may be used only on your privately owned computer.
• Student Edition products may not be used for commercial gain or resold.

Proof of eligibility

You must provide a photocopy of a valid, current student ID that includes your name, date, and a photo. If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID and one of the following items:
• Official, current nonphoto student ID with name and date
• Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student
• Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student
• Official, current report card indicating name of school and student
• Other official dated proof of enrolment

Students who are under 18 and do not have a valid photo ID may provide an official letter from their eligible educational institution stating their name and current enrolment status.

You may use a digital camera or scanner to capture the image of your proof of eligibility. Please ensure all documents are clear, legible, and true to size. Acceptable formats include JPEG, GIF, and PDF. If you cannot produce digital copies of your proof of eligibility, you may fax photocopies of these documents.

Adobe reserves the right to review the status of any customer or proposed customer as a qualified user.
