Some establishments can apply for special dispensation to purchase Educational software. They must demonstrate that the software will be used for Educational purposes and not for profit. Examples include some charities or organisations which run community based Educational projects for young or disadvantaged persons or Museums who operate as a Resource Centre for local schools and colleges. Applications for special conditions must be made in writing via Autodesk Distribution. Authorisation will depend on individual circumstance and Autodesk reserve the right to refuse such authorisation at their discretion.
In order to sell Commercial training, an establishment must either purchase a full Commercial license of Autodesk software or apply to become an ATC (Autodesk Training Centre) by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and asking for an Application Pack.
